At Banna Sprays, we strive to ensure that your orders are delivered in a timely and secure manner. Due to the nature of our products, special shipping regulations apply.
1. Shipping Method
Since our spray paints are aerosol-based products, they are classified as hazardous goods and must be shipped via road transport only. We are unable to offer air shipping due to safety regulations.
2. Shipping Timeframe
Due to road transport restrictions, shipping times may vary based on your location. Our estimated delivery timeline across India is between 2 to 7 business days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size. Any applicable taxes or duties will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
5. Delivery Locations
We offer PAN India shipping. However, there may be restrictions on certain remote locations where road transport is not feasible. If we are unable to deliver to your location, our team will contact you for alternative solutions.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
7. Delays and Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to our support team at info@bannasprays.com with your order details.
8. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- In case of a missing shipment, please allow 48 hours after the expected delivery date before contacting us for investigation.
