1. Eligibility for Returns
You may be eligible for a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used or opened products.
- Aerosol spray cans that have been used or tampered with.
- Products purchased under clearance or promotional sales.
- Custom or special-order items.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, email us at info@bannasprays.com with your order number, images of the product, and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Replacements
